very pleased with the option on the site to pay over the phone, so left an e-mail with the order. got an e-mail reply the next day. GREAT! rang the phone number to leave my card details and spoke to Monty, BRILLIANT!! no worries about leaving details on an answer machine.... told order will be shipped very same day! and a final touch,.... recieved an e-mail confirming order details and was given an order tracking number! ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!! very very pleased with the whole process, and am definately going to recomend using this site and service to my friends. thanks to everyone involved for providing what every customer preferes, 'the personal touch'.
