I traded emails with Mark Bates before making my decision to buy the four IR filter package. The service provided by them is very personal, prompt, helpful, and professional. Although I haven't been able to fully test the IR filters, I'm comforted by the fact that they'll do whatever is necessary to satisfy the customer. Definitely will return in the future if I have a need.
